Sunsynk 10kVA, 12kVA and 16kVA Hybrid Inverter

On a commercial site or a large property, the real constraints are how much solar array the inverter will accept and how fast it can recharge the batteries between outages. The Sunsynk 10, 12 and 16kVA hybrids take up to 20,800W of DC input across three MPPT trackers, and charge at up to 290A. The 12kVA is available in single or three phase, so the same platform fits either supply without redesigning the installation around it.

Three models at 10kVA, 12kVA and 16kVA, with the 12kVA available in single or three phase configuration to suit the incoming supply.
Complex Roof Coverage
Three MPP trackers with two strings each, the highest tracker count in the Sunsynk hybrid range. Roofs split across several orientations, or partially shaded through the day, are tracked independently rather than averaged down.
Large Array Capacity
Maximum DC input power of 13,000W, 15,600W and 20,800W, well above the AC rating on all three models. The array can be sized for winter generation and for growth.
Handles Start-Up Surge
Peak power off grid of two times rated power for 10 seconds, covering the inrush of three phase motors, refrigeration plant and workshop equipment.
High Conversion Efficiency
97.6% maximum efficiency, 97.0% Euro efficiency and 99.9% MPPT efficiency. On a commercial array these figures compound into meaningful generation across a year.
Fast Battery Recharge
Maximum battery charge and discharge current of 220A, 250A and 290A. On a site with repeated outages, recharge speed matters as much as capacity.
Battery Flexibility
Works with lead-acid or lithium across a 40V to 60V range, with self-adapting charging to the lithium BMS and a three-stage plus equalisation curve for lead-acid. Existing banks can be carried over rather than replaced.
Battery Life Protection
External battery temperature sensor included as standard, which protects cell life where the bank sits in a hot plant room, garage or roof space.
Wide Operating Range
Operating temperature from -40°C to 60°C, with derating above 45°C.
Grid-Friendly Output
Total harmonic current distortion below 3% and DC current injection below 0.5% In, meeting the power quality thresholds that commercial grid-tie approvals are assessed against.

I recently sourced an inverter for my small business from Oxbow and was amazed at how much care and consideration they gave to my purchase.
